| Whenever we meet or see a person, our mind starts interpreting: He is this, he is that; he is doing this, he is doing that. The mind always comes between us and the other and starts with judgments.
The “other” for the mind can be: People, things, situations, life, everything. The mind has to take distance to analyze, hence our feeling of separateness whenever we are centered in the mind.
In our heart center, we only start with one conclusion: Connection. The heart doesn’t judge or analyze; it just connects. The deeper the connection is, the deeper the beauty of the other is. The more profound we go in our connection, the more we become one with the other.
Have you ever judged your lover when you first fell in love? No. We only saw beauty as if our ability to judge has disappeared.
This is the ultimate: Dropping all our judgments, staying connected and positive. This can only achieved if we move our center from our head to our heart.
3 Tips on How To Move Our Center from Head to Heart:
1.Imagine your heart has moved to your head or vice versa. Feel things from this new center. Do not think. Just feel everything with your heart.
2. Do not verbalize whatever you perceive. As soon as you speak, you have moved from your heart to your mind.
3. You know that you have dropped all your judgments when you become one with whatever you are giving your attention to.
Play around with this. Let your heart be the master and your mind your servant for a while. If you do so, soon you will discover a new reality. There’s another reliable guide within us to lead us to THE truth, and that positivity is the nature of things- it is our nature, and not a conclusion . | |
