Lemon-Honey Face Scrub

From ancient times, one of the most time-trusted beauty regimens is the use of lemon and honey. Honey acts as an antiseptic and heals the skin with its natural healing properties. Lemon is a great cleanser and is a spot cleaner, as well. Combination of both ingredients helps to remove dead skin cells, retains and provides moisturizing benefits.

Mix two tablespoons of honey with a tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice. Add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar. Blend the mixture and apply to face. Leave for fifteen minutes and followed by warm-water wash.

Homemade Vaseline one tablespoon, Heavy cream one tablespoon, Cottage cheese one Teaspoon, Honey one Teaspoon and Oatmeal one Teaspoon. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Apply on the face and let set for ten to fifteen minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Cucumber and Yogurt Face Mask

If you have an oily skin and is acne-prone, here is a simple solution. Cucumber is high in silica, a mineral that binds the connective tissues and keeps them strong. It also heals and repairs weak skin cells and hydrates the skin. Combination of cucumber with yogurt will restore your skin's pH balance. Blend half cucumber and a tablespoon of yogurt, apply the mixture to skin and leave it on for fifteen minutes before rinsing with cool water.

For a healthy glow, mix three tablespoons of orange juice with half a cup of warm honey. Blend the mixture. Apply the mixture to skin and leave for thirty minutes. Rinse with warm followed by cold water.
