85 gm Milk Chocolate, broken into small pieces 85 gm unsalted Butter, softened 140 gm Icing Sugar, sifted 70 gm mini foil-wrapped Chocolate Eggs for decoration
Method
Preheat oven at 1900F and set aside 16 small gold cake cases aside. Grease all the cases and place them in a fairy-cake tin. Mix all the cake ingredients and beat them together till the mix is smooth. Pour this mix in all the 16 cases—make sure you don't fill them more than 2/3 their size. Bake the arrangements for 15-20 min and then pull on a wire rack to cool.
For Frosting
Microwave and melt the chocolate for a minute and then blend it with butter and sugar till the mix is smooth and creamy. Spread this mix on each of the 16 cakes and decorate them with the chocolate eggs.
