Mushroom Gravy ~~~

Ingredients

1 Cup Mushrooms Chopped
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Tblsp Soy Sauce
1 Onion Chopped
2 1/2 Cups Vegetable Stock
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

Add your chopped onions and mushrooms to olive oil in a hot skillet-Grill them until toasty brown and shrunken.

Add stock and soy sauce. Add Flour and mix until all is gravy. Allow to thicken. Stir, wait, stir, thicken . Before serving garnish with coriander leaves. Taste good with steam rice.
